Located 500-metres from the St Andrews Beach foreshore, the site is a quintessential bush-block with extensive coverage of coastal tea-tree, beardheath and saltbush shrubs and bushes. The project proposed the development of a single-level residence formed from a monolithic post-and-beam superstructure partially submerged within sand dunes, with associated outbuildings and landscaping, including pool, roof garden and terrace. Jordan was initially brought on to navigate a complex planning process with strict environmental and bushfire controls, before overseeing the delivery of all construction documentation, contractor selection and contract execution.
