Step House is an addition to a Victorian terrace house in North London that reimagines the conventional side-return house extension by working within the confines of the rights-of-light provision. Jordan was appointed to lead this project at the commencement of the construction and, together with contract administration duties, was tasked with development of the technical details required to realise the reclaimed brick roof and ceiling concept within an ambitious project budget.
