A contemporary addition to a c.1920s bungalow within a heritage overlay. The design includes restoration of the existing weatherboard façade alongside a new rear extension and first floor addition with suspended concrete roof. Working with a specialist heritage consultant, Jordan’s role on this project was to prepare all drawings and reports in preparation for planning submission. He also worked closely with the clients and their preferred contractors for the preparation of high level cost plans and early value managment.
