Bullengarook I

Architecture | Edition Office

Bullengarook I is a proposal for a new-build residence on a established winery in the foothills of the Macedon Ranges. The design included a main house with basement cellar and detached garage, both consisting of double-brick cavity walls, slab-on-ground with scissor truss roof. Jordan led the project through an ambitious six-week construction documentation phase and was responsible for the completion of all architectural drawings, specification and schedules; permit applications; as well as the onboarding and coordination of all consultants.
