Balliang Street is the renovation of a detached, single-storey outbuilding and garage. The project brief was to provide a new garage, workshop, gym, sauna & WC; covered dining area with outdoor kitchen & fireplace; pool, spa & outdoor shower. The proposal looks to raise and reorientate the roof of the existing structure to provide increased volume and privacy; while bookending the property with a single-span coffered pergola; turning a previously underutilised backyard into entertainment heart of the home.
