Bullengarook II
Architecture | Edition Office, Paul Couch
Bullengarook II is the renovation of a mid-century courtyard house originally designed by the celebratated Australian modernist, Paul Couch. The project involved the sympathetic ‘opening up’ of a central courtyard through removal of an enclosed carport structure, along with new roof, windows, external cladding, kitchen, bathrooms & internal finishes throughout. As Project Architect Jordan led the design and procurement of the project from concept through to building permit application, working directly with the clients and contractor in developing the design to meet the project budget.
