A central London mixed-use development of three residential units over six floors, a street-level cafe and basement gallery. Jordan assumed the role of Project Lead on Riding House Street in the early stages of construction and was instrumental in navigating its successful delivery amid a multitude of challenging regulatory issues spanning planning; accessibility, fire, sound and energy compliance; party-walls & neighbouring rights-of-light.
