Union Street

Architecture | BKK Architects, Clare Cousins

Completed in 2021 for developer Neometro, Union Street is part of the urban transformation story of Brunswick. The project borders Jewell Station, immediately east of the Upfield railway corridor and Shared Path. A 10-storey, mixed-use building containing two commercial tenancies and 38 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Jordan joined the project team at the beginning of novation to assist in the completion of documentation, with particular focus on the coordination of the architectural and consultant’s packages.
