Drawing upon traditional building practices to generate a new language that both reinterprets and revives the local vernacular, this home in the Cotswolds (UK) plays on the elongated form of two 30-metre long, timber poultry sheds that previously occupied the site. Jordan’s contribution to the project was through the specification and development of technical details, including for the larch batten and metal cladding over an Insulated Concrete Form building envelope.
