Major redevelopment of 100-year-old secondary school campus including; new double-storey Year-7 complex; extension of existing hall into dedicated dance, music and performing arts spaces; second-storey addition to c.1915 building to provide new classrooms, cafeteria, student lounge and well-being offices; sympathetic refurbishment and restoration of c.1930s heritage building to provide new staff, administration and library facilities; reinstatement of former courtyard to create new indoor atrium; as well as significant maintenance, landscaping and associated site works. Jordan’s role was from project inception to the completion of Concept Design and included working closely with the school’s principal in the development of the project brief, masterplan and asset management plan, as well as the preparation of all concept design drawings, presentations and visualisations.
