Refurbishment and fit-out works comprising 250-workstations, offices, boardrooms, amenities and lift across two levels of a former woolstore at Deakin University’s Waterfront Campus for tenancy by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. From project inception to construction, Jordan’s role was to develop and deliver all architectural documentation, including coordination of consultant documentation and implementation of the client’s Design Standards within the local regulatory framework.
